We understand that sometimes payments need to be paused and sent out at a later date. You can hold your payments yourself at any time!
To pause your payments, you'll want to navigate to the Payments section of your dashboard.
There, head to Payment Profile and click "Next" to Step 2 - Payment Method.
In Step 2, click "Edit" > Payment Method dropdown menu > Hold My Payments.
After making the changes, make sure to click through Step 3 so the information saves.
And there you have it! Your payments are paused until you update your payment method again and remove the hold.
What do I do when I want to resume payments/receive the money that was held?
When you're ready to have your held money sent to you, update your payment method to one of our options listed in our Mediavine Payment Methods help article, then write into payments@mediavine.com to let us know! We'll make sure everything looks set and send over your payments.
