Mediavine now offers WordPress users the Mediavine Control Panel plugin to insert the Mediavine script wrapper.

Here's how to update to the Mediavine Control Panel plugin in WordPress!

1) Find your existing script wrapper.

Many publishers have their Mediavine script wrapper hard-coded into their head tags, or inserted via a plugin.

Look for these WordPress plugins in your website dashboard:

If you don't see it, email publishers@mediavine.com for help.

2) Delete it!

You don't have to remove the plugin, but you DO want to remove the script wrapper code. It will look something like this:

<script type="text/javascript" async="async" data-noptimize="1" data-cfasync="false" src="//scripts.mediavine.com/tags/YourSiteHere.js"></script>

3) Install the Mediavine Control Panel plugin.

Download the Mediavine Control Panel plugin from the Wordpress plugin repository. Then, activate the plugin.

4) Set up the plugin.

Follow these steps to set up the plugin to insert your Mediavine script wrapper.

A) Navigate to Settings > Mediavine Control Panel page.
B) Go to your Mediavine Dashboard and go to your Settings > Ad Setup menu.
C) Copy and paste your Site ID from the Ad Setup page.
D) Paste your unique Site ID into the Mediavine Control Panel plugin settings area, here.

E) Check the box that says Include Script Wrapper. This allows us to insert the script into your header:

F) Click Save Changes.

5) Email publishers@mediavine.com to check everything over.

Once you have switched to the plugin, let us know so we can make sure everything looks right on our end. The last thing we want is for your income to be affected negatively! Plus, we love hearing from you.
