[Payment Info](https://help.mediavine.com/payment-info?hsLang=en) # Changing to LLC or S-Corp ## Update your Payment Profile to reflect this change in business status. If you have established your business as an LLC or S-Corp since the last time you filed taxes, you will also need to update the Entity Type and Company name in your Payment Profile. Head to the Payments Tab in your Mediavine dashboard. Select Payment Profile. This name will need to match what is on your W9, so use the business name listed on your incorporation documents. **IT IS IMPORTANT TO NOT ENTER COMPANY INFORMATION IN THESE FIELDS IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A REGISTERED LLC or S-Corp.** What you enter here will affect your tax documents.
