What is the Program tab?

The Program tab is a feature designed to give publishers a single place to easily understand your current Mediavine program offering, what perks come with it, and how you are tracking towards further revenue goals.

This tab in your Mediavine dashboard can be accessed by clicking Settings, then the name of your program in the left sidebar of your dashboard, and it contains a few important pieces of information:

The Program Status Tracker

Now you can see exactly which Mediavine program your site is in, and how your year-to-date revenue is performing in comparison to your next revenue goal.

The tracker breaks down the revenue requirements for your current program into more manageable segments, giving you a clear goal to strive for at every stage of earning, and ensuring transparency about where your site is performing now.

You can also use the “Last Year” comparison tool to see how performance is trending compared to the previous year, if that data is available. If you have one year or less of performance data live with Mediavine, the Last Year tab will not display until there is data to fill.

This report will share

• Your current Mediavine Program
• Total revenue earned in this calendar year
• Revenue minimum requirements for your current program and the next higher level program
• The year you qualified for your current program

Program Badges

Once you qualify for a new program, you will gain the ability to download an official Mediavine badge indicating your program level- great for displaying on your site or in marketing collateral for your business!

Program Benefits*

This section offers a full accounting of the perks available to you at your current program level, including revenue share, level of account support, additional site traffic requirements, and other perks that unlock the more you grow!

As more perks become available to you at higher programs, more sections with the necessary links and resources for you to access those perks will appear.

*Programs and perks are subject to the Mediavine ad management agreement and applicable addenda.

Program Changes

You can qualify for a new program at any time by earning the program’s minimum revenue requirement within the calendar year. Our team handles inviting sites to a new program manually, and this is reviewed monthly for program promotions.

If you qualify for a new program, a flag will appear in the programs tab indicating your site is under review for promotion until that change is official.

Once per year in January we will review all sites. Any sites that are earning under the minimum revenue requirement for their current program, and have been in that program at least one full year already, will be adjusted into the correct program for sites at that revenue level.

Once you’ve been promoted into a program, you are enrolled at least one full calendar year at that level. So as an example, if you onboard into Mediavine Premiere in October 2026, you’re in that program status at least until our review in January 2028- the remainder of the year you were onboarded, and the full following year.
