Each publisher is responsible for their own tax reporting. Note: If you did not fill out a W9 and instead entered “Non-US” as your tax designation in your payment profile, you’ll need to navigate the specific income reporting and tax forms for your country. ### Publishers who received payment via a method other than PayPal will receive a form 1099 from Mediavine. Even if it was just for one month of Tax Year 2025, if you received any payments from Mediavine in a method **other than** PayPal, you will receive a form 1099. If you received payment via PayPal *as well as* another payment method, you will receive a 1099 from Mediavine as well as a 1099-K from PayPal. By January 31, you can expect to receive an email from 'eDelivery Consent' AND 'Recipient Consent by Zenwork.' This email will ask you to opt-in to electronic delivery, which will allow you to download your 1099 form. Instructions for downloading your 1099 form after receiving an email from either service are listed below: Your first email will come from **eDelivery Consent** and it will look like this: [![](https://help.mediavine.com/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/mediavine-2d8c00c7ee73.intercom-attachments-7.comio116279951062fbd641425b5e0be633fa82AD_4nXdKWfssJanDR7A0ssUVeGEMOHHzcvpeDy-Kql6DzRaOmy4fUdnxqcz.png)](https://mediavine-2d8c00c7ee73.intercom-attachments-7.com/i/o/1162799510/62fbd641425b5e0be633fa82/AD_4nXdKWfssJanDR7A0ssUVeGEMOHHzcvpeDy-Kql6DzRaOmy4fUdnxqczOGJL-T1uC19aI_bFk3R48JJdce08RGaOKsGHO-z0eNcfRiX9EtABkXyri6quu3BHhnbY5qGk-DIuFWe6OJ4QKm7xeMQNKNvhkmQOX?expires=1726000200&signature=bd64073a2d51b20ee8ec6ef747643b66b8d5946dc3a8829898d8ab6c46c7a61c&req=dSEhFM53lIReWfMW1HO4zVSkgPlJH73v34ZHJZ1JhIk22eCJo%2B1fKjZk7hMA%0AR7Scb7Y9ZaLgodWN3pI%3D%0A) Once you Opt In, you’ll receive a second email from **Recipient Consent by Zenwork**, it will look like this: [![](https://help.mediavine.com/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/mediavine-2d8c00c7ee73.intercom-attachments-7.comio1162799525f05f3fdbedae608b8fdd1c75AD_4nXf6J7XgMU0-VjUqPyrvOXm3nhf5189G7EXbpwGe8qlLgDXGF7-iRIu.png)](https://mediavine-2d8c00c7ee73.intercom-attachments-7.com/i/o/1162799525/f05f3fdbedae608b8fdd1c75/AD_4nXf6J7XgMU0-VjUqPyrvOXm3nhf5189G7EXbpwGe8qlLgDXGF7-iRIuZxChh-IgBP9k16gyjbO968UGJR75gHm198-xLVaQn-ZnvkyNOcnm4geW9sSKE7id0wQnV1yA92NP4WwlcgpYRFnDACdTGM8XZL5A?expires=1726000200&signature=88b4104eb410ae2e660d4a565a3d7b2923d312a6e5ccbdb83e375eb0f801badf&req=dSEhFM53lIRdXPMW1HO4zY8jAfoBHrfV3SX2TScIUDivgHibwjKtslP2yteO%0AbYDX9dgGdZ1iU7OWYBE%3D%0A) Select **click here** on your respective email to **opt in**.
